We have developed this website as a portal to all of our information 24 hours a day. Many hours have been spent talking about how I would like to open a hobby shop some day. One life changing event and here I am with the opportunity to bring that dream to life. As I began exploring the feasibility of opening a hobby shop it became clear that the shop should appeal to the seasoned hobbiest as well as the newcomer. That said, the hobby industry has many areas of interest. I will be focusing on Model Trains (O Guage, HO, N) and Slot Cars (HO and 1/32) as well as the accessories and scenery associated with each area.
I also do repair work on Lionel and MTH trains. I have successfully completed the MTH training for repair of their locomotives. Over time and as requests for new items grow I will look to expand that training. For those people that do not share the same excitement for trains and cars we also offer model rockets, electric R/C Helicopters and parts, plastic models, balsa, paints and the full line of pacer brand CA glues.
We invite you to come in and try out our 4 lane 4' x 16' HO slot car track. Be careful, you might find yourself addicted to slot car racing very quickly. Our slot car inventory includes a complete line of Johnny Lightning Tuff-Ones and X-Traction cars, AFX, Life-Like, soon to be released Round 2 Autoworld cars, and the new Dash Motorsports Supermodifies, Mach 5 and Shooting Star cars. You will also find all the parts you will need to get your vintage cars running again. If you feel the need for competition, stop in on a Firday night or Sunday afternoon and join us in some racing.
We also carry trading card games like Yu-Gi-Oh!, VS and the upcoming World of Warcraft. Thursday nights we have a local gaming club play all sorts of card and board games and are looking to run tournaments for prizes and prestige on the weekends.
